All of us have difficulties and conflict within ourselves or with other people in our lives. Having an experienced trusted mediator, coach and therapist can help you sort out what is important, process feelings, take responsibility for your part in a conflict, establish new ways of being, set ground rules, mediate an equitable solution, and set goals going forward. The best service for you depends on your situation.

Counseling techniques depend on the needs of the client. Primarily we use a Family Systems approach where we consider not just the individual but interactions with family and the larger community. We can use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, child within, and play therapy for young clients. We encourage strength based counseling because it is through your strengths that you can change.
